Service 01
Planting Plan
RM 710 · Single engagement
A single engagement designed to help owners plant their finances and goals in good order. We sort through what you have, clarify what you want to grow, and lay out a simple bed of priorities. This service is suited to owners who are feeling overgrown or scattered — those who sense something needs attention but are not sure where to begin.
You come away from this engagement with a clear one-page priority map and a short list of first things to tend — practical, sequenced, and written in your own business language.
A structured working session (approximately 90 minutes)

How it works
You share a brief picture of your business ahead of the session — turnover, main expenses, current concerns.
We meet for a working session in George Town — or by video if you are outside Penang — and go through everything together.
Within 48 hours, we send your written priority map and action list. We are available for brief questions by email for one week following delivery.
Service 02
Cultivation Review
RM 1,900 · Five-week engagement
A five-week engagement focused on helping a steady business grow healthier. We examine your margins, your customer care practices, and your operating routines, then suggest measured ways to cultivate improvement. This is designed for trading businesses that are functioning but want to grow gradually and sustainably — not for businesses in crisis.
At the end of the engagement, you have a written improvement plan that is specific to your business and organised around what is most worth your attention first.
Initial full business review, covering finances, operations, and customer patterns
Two working sessions held across the five-week period
Written improvement plan, delivered after session two
Follow-up check at the end of week five to review early progress
How it works
You send us your recent financial records and a brief summary of what you want to improve. We do an initial review before we meet.
Session one: we share our initial observations and spend the bulk of the time understanding your business from your perspective.
Session two (approximately two weeks later): we present our written plan and work through it together so you understand each recommendation.
At the end of week five, we check in by phone or email to hear how implementation is going and answer any questions that have come up.
Service 03
Gardener's Partnership
RM 3,420 · Six-month engagement
A six-month advisory relationship in which we help tend your business through the seasons. We meet monthly, watch what is growing, and prune or nurture as the situation demands. This is for owners who prefer patient, attentive growth over forced expansion — people who want a consistent, knowledgeable presence in their corner as they navigate decisions over time.
The engagement includes monthly sessions, quarterly reviews, and ongoing support between meetings. At the end of six months, you will have a clearer picture of your business and a stronger set of habits for managing it.
Six monthly advisory sessions (one per month, approximately 75 minutes each)

How it works
We begin with a thorough review of your business and an initial session to set priorities and agree on what we are working toward together.
Each month we meet to review progress, discuss what has changed, and adjust priorities as needed. You bring what is on your mind — we bring what we have observed.
At months three and six, we conduct a formal quarterly review — a structured assessment of how the business has developed and what needs attention in the next quarter.
Between sessions, you can contact us by email or phone for brief questions. We typically respond within one working day.
