Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit — such as your language preference or whether you have already seen a notice — so that your next visit is a little more comfortable.
Cookies do not give us access to your device. They simply allow a website to recognise your browser during and between visits. Most browsers accept cookies by default, though you can adjust your settings at any time.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be disabled. They do not collect personal data for marketing purposes.
Examples: remembering your cookie preferences, basic security functions.
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. All data is aggregated and anonymised.
Examples: Google Analytics — pages visited, time on site, device type.
Marketing Cookies
These cookies are used to show content and advertising relevant to your interests. We do not currently run advertising campaigns, but third-party tools embedded on this site may set these.
Examples: ad personalisation trackers from third-party platforms.
Preference Cookies
These cookies remember choices you have made — such as your region or display settings — so you do not need to set them again.
Examples: language selection, layout preferences.
3. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles above to set your preferences, then save them below. Essential cookies are always active and cannot be turned off. Your choices are stored in your browser and used across our website.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some features on this site may be provided by third-party services which may set their own cookies. These are outside our direct control, but we only include third-party tools where there is a clear purpose for doing so.
- Google Analytics: Used to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Google Maps: An embedded map on our contact page may set cookies to display the map correctly.
- Social media platforms: If you follow a link to a social media profile, those platforms may set cookies when you visit.
We do not use advertising networks that track you across third-party websites.
5. How Long Cookies Last
Cookies vary in how long they remain on your device:
- Session cookies are temporary and are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain for a set period. Our cookie preference cookie, for example, is stored for up to 12 months so you do not need to set your preferences again on each visit.
- Analytics and third-party cookies may have their own retention periods, typically between 30 days and 2 years, as defined by the respective service providers.

You may withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the preference controls on this page. Withdrawing consent will not affect data already collected, but we will not process new data under that category going forward.
If you have questions about how your data is handled, you are welcome to contact us at [email protected].
